Libena Resorts Ltd. is a Cypriot company. Through our four subsidiaries, we own four and five star hotels and resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. The Company is a successor of Sigma Capital Investments S.A., a developer of hospitality real estate, established in 2002.
