Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We inform you that the Management Board of the non-profit Association "Bulgarian Black Sea Alliance ", on the basis of Art. 24, para. 1 of the Article of the Association, in connection with art. 26, para. 1 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities, convenes

Regular Annual General Assembly

on date: 31 January 2023, Tuesday, time: 14.00

place: Video Meeting through the Zoom platform

1.     Information about the activity of the Association in 2022- presentation;

2.     Annual activity report of the Association for the year 2022- discussion and adoption;

3.     Annual financial report for the year 2022- discussion and adoption;

4.     Discharge of the members of the Management Board for their activity in 2022 - discussion and adoption;

5.     Proposal and discussion about the further development of the Association;

6.     Adoption of a decision for the amount of the Annual Membership Fees for the year 2023;

7.     Budget for the financial year 2023- discussion and adoption;

8.     Election of new members in the Management Board of the Association- discussion and adoption;

9.     Anything of belonging.

All materials on the Agenda of the General Assembly are available at the office of the Association - Varna, Varna Airport.

All members of the Association are invited to participate in the General Assembly in person or through an authorized representative. According to Art. 20, para. 2 of the Article of the Association, an attending member of the Association may represent no more than three members of the Association based on a written power of attorney.

In the absence of a quorum, on the basis of Art. 27 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities, the meeting will be adjourned one hour later at the same place and on the same agenda and will be held regardless of the number of members present.
